12-year-old Dan suffers from scoliosis and has a difficult relationship with his single mother, Nadja, who works night shifts to earn a living. The most important person in Dan's life is Anna, whom Nadja pays to look after him. Anna is like a sister to Dan. But for some time now, he has been concerned with more than sibling closeness.
